The format will be lectures with quizzes. "If you complete at least three of the four assessments and average at least 60% for your subject, you'll receive a Certificate of Achievement." It does not say anything about having to pay for the certificate. They also plan to issue badges.<br /><br />It feels like Openstudy.com which links to courses from a few universities and charges $30 if you want a certificate of completion.
